After looking into this apartment posting, I know it's a scam. I gave the guy "Chris" a call, and he will not answer the phone. The one time he did answer the phone, he said he would call me back in 5 minutes. He claims to be a "retired 60 year old piano teacher," but has two assistants and wants me to Western Union the money to him so he can send me the keys. I'm reporting to Craigslist, but I was going to report to your blog as well.
