A reader tells us that the following correspondence came from a scammer responding to his ad on a homeschool classifieds site. So apparently Craigslist isn't the only place where these scum are picking up opportunities to scam:

Today I posted a book on homeschool clasifieds and received a reply from Sahad Crusman. Didn't feel right to reply back until I tried to find out more... Glad I googled his name! Your blog popped right up.
Thanks!!!
Thank you so much for this. I just got this exact email today requesting info after I listed on homeschool classifieds. I had put in the initial email that I would only take PAY PAL and then mail the merchandise, "Sahad" emailed me right back and proposed paying with a cashiers check. Red flags went up immediately so I googled and got this, thank you so much. I knew something wasn't right when the name the email was from was "Francisco something or another I couldn't pronounce". Just strange.
