Reader tells Wilfred Accosta what he thinks of him and his scam attempt:
------------------------------------------------------------ ------
Dear Mr. Accosta...
As I am sure you are aware, there are many unscrupulous people using Craig's list to do bad things to good people, so forgive me if I must be diligent and make the following statements...If you want this rare item your "shipper" is required to contact me via email and set up a meeting, not at my home, with "CASH" only... I will not except anything but cash and if you are truly legitimate you will have no trouble understanding why things must go this way...1. No, I will not supply any information about me because their are identity thieves that could use said information.2. As stated above, I only except "CASH". Again, If you are legitimate you surely know all about the these "certified checks" that people take to their banks only to be told they are fake, even though they appear to be real.3. I looked up your name using the net and found the following at:"Lets Get the Craigslist Scammers"http://craigslistscammer.blogspot.com: August 20, 2010 I was just caught up in a Craigs List scam where a Wilfred Accosta has been hounding me to purchase an ATV that I had posted. The words he used were exact - word for word of what has been posted here by many other names. How could a 50+ year old deaf man be interested in a performance tuned ATV mean for racing and pay double the price, no questions asked. But I figured what the hay, I gave him my brother in laws name, my mailing address and my out of state cell number so they all could not be tied together. The check arrived today and it really looked good. So I called the Union Bank of California from which it was written and they confirmed an active account derived from the routing numbers on the check? I was tempted to cash it but seeing just how rampid this scam is - I am just going to spend the next week messing with this guy. Un real!!
If you want me to send a copy of the check for all to see, tell me how to post it.
So, as you see I have several serious concerns with your proposal. I doubt very much if I hear anymore from you which will confirm my fears. I will be adding this session and your name will be added by me to the list of Craig's list scammers with good reason!!!
And, I Wish You Longlife & Prosperity in the New Year In Advance, as well!!!Sincerely:

Hey,
I'm glad you caught this creep with his pants down! I have one, or rather, three scammers I need to deal with too. Mind if i use your spiel to them too? You came across as frank without sounding completely personal. I like it! It also wet's their pants a little more especially when I uncover information about their past escapades!!! So to warn everybody, Look out for the names "Seth Grant" "Mark Reed" "Mr. Alex Asiamah", kellywalkermd108@gmail.com who also turned into this email address:oluwaseunayo@gmail.com (don't ask me how that happened, but that made my eyebrow raise even more) be careful everyone.
Great, now he knows about the site and can keep changing his name... don't give them any information that helps them escape detection.
, Came through on reply to terrybraino or 0 @gmail.com
received a response to an add for $100 item in AZ. Appeared from zebediahxyon@gmail.com. but when I "reply"d, email came up as oluwaseunayo@gmail.com. I did a search and found this site. Thanks for outing these people so I didn't have to respond with my email. Keep up the diligence.
